Frequently asked questions.
What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?
Our celebration will be beach formal. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, but we love the look of pastels, neutrals, and any other festive colors you feel fabulous in. Dressy attire is encouraged: summer suits, dress shirts with trousers, or dresses (long or short!) that feel elegant yet comfortable for a tropical setting.
When is the RSVP deadline, and how can we RSVP?
Please RSVP by March 5, 2026 through our wedding website on the RSVP page. Your timely response helps us plan seating, meals, and all the little details.
Is transportation provided between venues?
Yes! The hotel will provide golf cart shuttles between the wedding ceremony and the reception. Guests staying at the hotel will also have access to these shuttles throughout their stay.
For our welcome happy hour and the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres, transportation will be on your own. We recommend using Uber or a taxi, which the hotel can arrange for you.
Are there hotel room blocks reserved for guests?
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at NIZUC Spa & Resort with a special rate for our guests. Please visit the Travel & Stay section of our website for booking details and deadlines.
Are children or plus-ones invited?
We love your little ones and your loved ones, but due to venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! Many of you are traveling from near and far to celebrate with us in Cancún, and simply having you there means the world to us. We ask for nothing more than for you to relax, enjoy yourself, and share in this special moment with us.
If we can’t attend, will there be a way to watch the ceremony?
Yes! We will be live-streaming our ceremony so loved ones near and far can join us virtually. If you’d like to receive the viewing link, simply check the option on the RSVP page that says: “No, I won’t be attending the ceremony in person but would love a link to view it online.” We’ll send the details closer to the wedding day.
Are there any pre- or post-wedding events planned?
Yes! We’ll be hosting a Welcome Happy Hour the evening before the wedding, and a trip to Isla de Mujeres on a Catamaran to keep the celebration going with our favorite people. More details can be found on the Home page.
How can we share dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies in the space provided when you RSVP on our website. We’ll make sure our caterers are prepared.
Who can we contact if we need extra assistance or wheelchair accommodations?
Please reach out to our wedding planner, Anna Gram at anna@mangoweddings.com, so we can make sure you are comfortable and taken care of throughout the celebrations.
